Every program within CAHS embeds clinical practicum components at 300 affiliates including Cincinnati Children’s, TriHeath, VA and UC Health.
CAHS students are grounded in community, through international service learning experiences in Cancun, Africa, Costa Rica and elsewhere.
The $61 million dollar building gives students a state-of-the-art lab and classroom spaces.
Throughout my time at UC, I have felt constant support and dedication from the faculty and staff. The College of Allied Health Sciences has undoubtedly helped prepare me to reach both my academic and professional goals.

The Crosstown Foodout allows fans of the Cincinnati Bearcats and Xavier Musketeers to compete off the basketball court by supporting a campus food pantry at each school. The effort to ease hunger comes as UC and Xavier ready for the Crosstown Shootout. Nationally, about 23% of college students on campuses experience food insecurity.

University of Cincinnati Doctor of Physical Therapy student Sydney Ballew excels in academics, leadership and advocacy. Recognized with national awards, she volunteers with adaptive athletes, manages UC’s Pro-Bono DPT Clinic and promotes movement as preventative health care. With a 4.0 GPA, she aims to impact underserved populations through specialized physical therapy care.
