Madison Noble (Cincinnati, Hamilton County) served as 1 of the 30 Prevention Interns funded in Ohio for 2023-2024. She is a Prevention Registered Applicant through the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board and a founding member of the Problem Gambling Prevention and Treatment Coalition of SW OH. Also, she is a member of the Problem Gambling Network of Ohio and the Ohio Suicide Prevention Foundation.
Jordan Bryant (Cincinnati, Hamilton County), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC II). Jordan earned an Associate of Arts in Addiction Studies, Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. She will earn the bachelor’s in social work from the University of Cincinnati in August 2024 and has completed continuing education to earn the Ohio Gambling Disorder (GAMB) Endorsement.
Michelle Gabbard (Hamilton, Ohio, Butler County), Chemical Dependency Counselor (CDCA), Certified Family and Peer Support Specialist, Community Health Worker, and a Prevention Registered Applicant through the Ohio Chemical Dependency Board. She is an intern with SAMHSA 988 and Behavioral Health Crisis Coordinating Office through The Washington Federal Intern program, a stakeholder for EMPOWER project, and an Ohio Representative for SAMHSA planning committee’s project working to improve maternal and fetal health outcomes. Michelle will complete her credentialing education in 2024 for the Ohio Certified Prevention Specialist Assistant (OCPSA) through the University of Cincinnati. She will earn her bachelor’s in social work and substance use counseling from the University of Cincinnati in 2025, with an interest in advocacy and public health policy. Michelle received a full scholarship to the 2024 Ohio Problem Gambling Conference in Columbus Ohio from the Problem Gambling Network of Ohio. Michelle was recently announced as a recipient of a $2000 Mary T. Woelfel Scholarship in recognition of her hard work, dedication and determination as a student.
Nancy Eyman (Cincinnati, Hamilton County) is a lifelong learner and looks for opportunities every day to help others. Nancy will earn a bachelor’s in social work in August 2024. Nancy has also earned a BS in Education from UC and a Paralegal Certificate from Mt. St. Joseph University. She is completing requirements for Substance Abuse Counseling Certification and Ohio Prevention Registered Applicant.
Jennifer Hopkins (Fairfield, Ohio, Butler County), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC II) is an Ohio Prevention Registered Applicant with an interest in suicide, substance misuse and problem gambling prevention. Jennifer earned an Addiction Studies Associates of Arts degree from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College in 2022. She will earn the bachelor’s in social work from the University of Cincinnati in 2025 and is completing continuing education to earn the Ohio Gambling Disorder (GAMB) Endorsement.
Janina Moman (Fairfield, Ohio, Butler County), Ohio Certified Prevention Specialist Assistant (OCPSA). She will earn the bachelor’s in social work from the University of Cincinnati in 2025. Janina shared, “I am honored to serve as the Vice Chair of Communications for the Coalition Committee planning the June 28, 2024 Continuing Education. Conference focused on prevention Committee. I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the committee, and I am passionate about making a positive impact in the world around me.” Janina is completing continuing education to earn the Ohio Gambling Disorder (GAMB) Endorsement and attended the Ohio Problem Gambling Conference in February 2024.
Gabrielle Bradley (Columbus, Ohio, Franklin County) earned an associate of applied science in human services degree from Columbus State Community College in 2021. She is enrolled in the bachelor’s program for social work at the University of Cincinnati graduating in August 2024. Gabrielle is an Ohio Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and working toward earning the Ohio GAMB endorsement. She is an Ohio Prevention Registered Applicant.
Stephanie Campbell (Ashtabula County) earned the Substance Abuse Counseling Certificate and will earn a bachelor’s in social work from the University of Cincinnati in August 2024. She is completing her social work internship at Lake Area Recovery Center (LARC) in Ashtabula County. Stephanie earned the Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant credential and is working toward earning the Ohio GAMB endorsement.
Megan Gilliam (Marietta, Ohio, Washington County) earned an Associates of Liberal Arts from Washington State Community College in Social Services 2022 and will earn bachelor’s in social work from the University of Cincinnati in December 2024. She is an Ohio Prevention Registered Applicant, earned the Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant credential and earning the Ohio GAMB endorsement. Megan won a behavioral health scholarship from the Washington County Behavioral Health Board, worked as a therapeutic behavioral specialist, and worked as a Veterans suicide prevention specialist. Megan is PG Coalition SW OH liaison to Washington County.

She is an Ohio Prevention Registered Applicant and earned her Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant credential and working toward earning the Ohio GAMB endorsement.
Lisa Robinson (Cincinnati, Hamilton County) earned an Associates of Arts with focus on social work from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College; earning the bachelor’s in social work at the University of Cincinnati graduating in December 2024. In 2016, she earned the Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant credential. Lisa has completed significant continuing education and experience toward earning the Ohio GAMB endorsement.
Robin Zinkhon (Springfield, Ohio, Clark County) earned an associate of applied science in social work, Clark State College in 2022; earning the bachelor’s in social work at the University of Cincinnati graduating in December 2024. She earned the Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant credential and has several years’ experience working in a substance treatment agency. Robin is an Ohio Prevention Registered Applicant and is working toward earning the Ohio GAMB endorsement. Robin currently works as a program coordinator for a day program assisting individuals with developmental disabilities integrate into the community and build independence.
Tasha Webster (Cincinnati, Hamilton County) will earn the Substance Abuse Counselor Certification in spring 2024 and is earning the bachelor’s in social work at the University of Cincinnati. She earned the Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant credential and is an Ohio Certified Peer Supporter. Since 2022, Tasha has served as Manager Recovery Services for Easterseals Redwood, Cincinnati. Tasha is an Ohio Prevention Registered Applicant and is working toward earning the Ohio GAMB endorsement.
Sarah Ramsey (Lima, Peru) is completing her BSW DL Summer/Fall 2024 Field Placement with the Problem Gambling Prevention and Treatment Coalition of SW OH. She is a Prevention Registered Applicant through the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board and is working toward earning the Ohio Gambling Disorder Treatment Endorsement.
Katrina Richcreek (Coshocton, Ohio) earned an Associate degree of Applied Science Central Ohio Technical College, Newark, Ohio in May 2022. Katrina is anticipated to graduate in August 2025 with a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Cincinnati. Katrina is working on earning the Ohio Problem Gambling Treatment Endorsement. Katrina serves as a Problem Gambling Coalition liaison to her county.
Kaitlynn Ault (Springfield, Clark County) earned an associate degree in social services technology from Clark State Community College, Springfield, OH in May 2020; earning the bachelor’s in social work at the University of Cincinnati graduating in August 2024. She earned the Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant credential and is completing her Field Placement at Divine Intervention Recovery Center, Enon, Ohio. Kaitlynn is working toward earning the Ohio Problem Gambling Treatment Endorsement. She is an Ohio Prevention Registered Applicant and is working toward Ohio Certified Prevention Specialist Assistant. Kaitlynn attended the Statewide Prevention Coalition Association (SPCA) meeting in Columbus in May 2024.
Bethany McNeal (Circleville, Pickaway County), earned an associate degree in Christian Ministry from Highlands College, Birmingham, AL in 2018. She is earning the bachelor’s in social work at the University of Cincinnati graduating in August 2025. Bethany is applying as an Ohio Prevention Registered Applicant and earning the Ohio GAMB endorsement. Bethany will represent the Problem Gambling Coalition SW OH in staffing an information table at the August 2024, Ohio Prevention Conference in Columbus Ohio.
Natosha Roberson (Belpre, Washington County) attended Washington State Community College – Social Service Transfer Program – Spring 2021 to May 2023. She is earning the bachelor’s in social work at the University of Cincinnati, graduating in August 2025. Natosha is an Ohio Prevention Registered Applicant and has completed the continuing education required for the OCPSA credential. Natosha is an Ohio Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and working toward earning the Ohio GAMB endorsement.
Victoria Stauffer (Cincinnati, Hamilton County) is earning the bachelor’s in social work at the University of Cincinnati graduating in August 2025. Victoria recently applied for the Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant credential and is earning the Ohio GAMB endorsement.
