How to Apply

PLEASE NOTE: The application procedure for the Cincinnati - Akron Collaborative program is separate and not related to the application procedures for the on campus program.  The program does not use the CSDCAS application in any way. Anyone applying to both programs will have to complete both processes.

Steps to apply to the Cincinnati - Akron Collaborative program.

  • Complete/enroll for prerequisite courses.
  • Submit full application via the Graduate School
  • Three (3) letters of recommendation (LOR) are needed and it is strongly recommended that at least 2 of the reference letters be written by instructors who can speak to your academic abilities and potential success as a graduate student. In the invitation to submit the full application, students will input the names and emails of references and a link will be sent to your reference to upload a LOR.
  • Transcripts from each college or university (including community colleges even if you took college classes during high school)  attended must be sent (address to send transcripts will be provided in the invitation to submit the full application)
