Program Outcomes

1) RHIA Exam: The RHIA examination pass rate (Academic Year 16-17) is 90% as compared to the national pass rate of 71%.

2) Graduates: The majority of graduates (97% Academic Year 2017-2018) reported that the program helped them acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to function in their jobs, enabled them to think critically, solve problems, and develop appropriate action steps. Students responded that the program prepared them to communicate and function effectively in their work setting and conduct themselves in an ethical and professional manner.

3) Employers: 100% of the employer respondents (Academic Year 2017-2018) agreed that graduates demonstrate skills and knowledge necessary to function in their jobs, the ability to think critically, solve problems, and develop appropriate action steps. They responded that the graduates communicate and function effectively as members of the work team and conduct themselves in an ethical and professional manner.
